I am going to need 5 parents to ride the bus with us to the HAPPY PUMPKIN and be in charge of a group of children for the field trip.  These 5 parents will also ride the bus back to the school and help with lunches when we get back to the school!!

All parents are welcome to join us for the Field Trip.  You will just meet us at the location and you will need to pay your own entrance fee!  Please do not bring older siblings, we understand when you need to bring your littles!! Only those parents who ride the bus with us will help get the lunches passed out!!

I also need THIS PERMISSION FORM/LUNCH ORDER filled out for each child.
